B.4.U.C is a program that began within the four walls of Emmanuel Community Church under the leadership and ministry of Pastor Fredrick L Holmes. E.C.C is our physical and spiritual home base, however it is our hearts desire to reach boys beyond our walls, and extend our calling to the greater Los Angeles area, and beyond.
